General History:Chelsea was born as the middle kid in her family. Her life as child was quite good one. Even if she did fight over things with her siblings. They didn't always seem to agree with everything same way, so those fights happened. Her parents seemed to be always busy with their work and barely had time for the kids. So they became indpendent already in young age.
Her Hogwarts years were pretty good ones. She spent there most of time around books and not making friends. She was there in hufflepuff house. She wasn't really back then the social butterfly at first. Over years she became who she is now. She graduated Hogwarts with good grades. She was one of the top students in her time. She had already set her mind to work in ministry when she was already in Hogwarts. So she studied hard for it and for her exams.
When she finally graduated she became to work in ministry so soon as she could. Before that she had been there as intern already. So she knew her way around the Ministry already. So working there for few years she crawled up the top. She has became now the Mistress of Ministry. It's not easy job for sure but she won't changes her life for sure. She even seems to be one of the youngest one to get the job but she doesn't care much about it. She will always be and do what she wants. She won't changer her lie for sure. She has been Mistress of Minstry only for a year now. So far she has done quite good job.
Family History:Baynes is long line of half-blood family. They used be in pureblood centuires ago. but it has died out now since they all seem to marry with muggles, muggleborns and even half-bloods. They don't care much about blood purity. Thy see love the most important thing. They also believe that everyone is equal.
