General History:Noelle was born as first kid to Ernest Macmillan when he was 23 years old man already. Not many know what seemed to happen with his father after the second wizard war. He was still alive and living his life slowly. After Noelle was born he began to work in ministry with alongside his soon to be wife Camilla.
When Noelle was 1 she has baby brother Daniel. They seem to get along fine even if there are times when they even fight. Her parents did get finally married when she was 3 years old girl. She isn't exactly sure why it took so long time her parents to get married in first place. She will never understand that. They don't really wanna talk about it too.
Over years Noelle became who she is now. She just ended up having bad friends who made her do things she didn't really at first didn't even dream to do. She has never really cared much about the rules and she always seems to have broken them but when needed she can follow them too. So around her parents, she seems to be the good girl but when she out of their sight she is a troublemaker. Her brother seems to know all about that.
When she finally became 11 she got a letter from Hogwarts which was no surprise for sure. Since she knew it would come. She had known she was witch ever since she was a baby basically. Her parents didn't keep it as a secret from her. So at her first day, she was sorted into Slytherin house, which wasn't any surprise for Noelle really.
Her years so far in Hogwarts have been interesting for sure. She didn't changes who she had became over years. She did pass even her NEWT's with good grades and she was even surprised herself about it. She barely did seem to study for them and most of the things she put there randomly and just guessed. Seems like she even seems to have brains.

Family History:Macmillan family is few last remaining pureblood families, who seem to value the blood purity. Even if they don't seem to be so strict as they used to be in past. They still wanna keep the family line the pure. There isn't really that many people left who are Macmillan. Not many know what have happened with this family line. They slowly became to be noticed again.
