Roxanne can in many ways be described as someone who loves people and loves to socialize. She is also a very kind person but tends to be known as the talk of the town. Roxanne is extremely nosy and it's something that people often do not like about her. The girl loves people who are honest and that's why she is nosy. If someone is keeping secrets Roxanne can be sure that she would end up finding it out for them and exposing it.
The girl also loves to know secrets and is not always reliable with keeping them. Something that people in many ways try to avoid her for. Roxanne is in many ways the ' Nancy Drew of Hogwarts ' or as some people would say new " Rita Skeeter " as she loves to expose everything. Having a strong passion for journalism and as one would expect she looks up to her. In many ways like her father as she as developed a new way of causing mischief, different from her brothers.
Roxanne also is very intelligent and knows how people are. Being a careful study of someone's character and takes that seriously. Aside from her extremely nosy personality, Roxanne tends to care a lot about others around and tries to not hurt others around her. But tends to let all her flaws get in the way of her.
She also is extremely hardworking and could often be described as being fearless. Something her mother and father enjoy about their daughter, but tend to find her often one who is always up to no good, but Roxanne is just simply ambitious. Taking the opportunities that are given to her very seriously and often one who can handle herself in anything. Which in many ways she would say got her the opportunities she received.

 General History:
Roxanne was born as the youngest and only daughter of George and Angelina Weasley, and from day one knew that she was a wizard. Her parents had wanted both their children to have a decent amount of knowledge on the wizarding world. Since everywhere they went had been some sort of magic whether it be at their grandmother's or her father's shop. Roxanne also could in many ways had been curious and a people person, since before she could walk. Her parents had admired their daughter, but always kept an eye on her older brother who was always getting in trouble
She had, for the most part, a good childhood, as it seemed pretty normal for her. Roxanne had also spent a decent time around muggles, as her parents wanted her to spend some time in the muggle world and know about them. Which was had she developed a love for journalism due to reading muggle magazines and newspaper. Also reading wizarding journalism such as Ministry Press, Daily Prophet, her favorite being Witch Weekly.
Despite coming from two parents who played Quidditch, the girl had never played much of it. Her love was always getting in others business and finding out new things. Her brother always had been the Quidditch player of the family and prankster. Roxanne though had been in many ways a troublemaker in her own way and could be known to often tell everyone's secrets.
As years went on Roxanne slowly matured with that aspect, but still had been an aspiring journalist, and when she received her Hogwarts letter when she was eleven. She had been more than thrilled since it would be the start of possibly doing journalism one day. Roxanne had attended Hogwarts and had in many ways been considered the gossip of the school. As she spent much of her free time away from classes and studying, listening to others conversations.
Which landed her in detention a couple of times, due to some professors saying she was invading their privacy. Roxanne though would not let that stop her, and when it came to classes she had done average with receiving both outstandings and exceed expectation in classes, and the others such as acceptable. Roxanne had never been one who had put school as her main focus, and spent time writing.
Roxanne's love for writing would soon end up being worth it when she was given a summer internship to work with one of the daily prophet's reporters. Whom she always thought highly of which would end up what would take up her summer. Her parents both having been proud, and something she knew kids would probably laugh at her for. But in Roxanne's eye's she thinks her summer before her fifth year is going to be a once and lifetime opportunity.
Leading to her secret want to maybe see if she can start a gossip wall or a magazine at Hogwarts, as a way of doing journalism, and having people back her.
Family History:
Weasley is the surname of a pure-blood family (though the most recent generation has many non-pureblood members)] The Weasleys know many other wizarding families, including the Blacks, Prewetts, Longbottoms, Crouches, Delacours, and Potters, as well as the Muggle Granger family. All members of the Weasley family are red-haired and Sorted into Gryffindor upon attendance of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
